Illustrator, cartoonist, and author Joe Eckstein loves to touch people through pictures and stories.
Drawing since he can remember, Joe earned a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in 2001 and has seen his work published in books, magazines, newspapers, greeting cards and on the Internet. He creates illustrations for Carson-Dellosa Publishing, an education publisher, and also serves as Creative Director for Imagine! Studios, an art and media production company which he co-founded with his wife Kristen.
Titles featuring his work include Little Stories for Little Readers, Learning in Motion, and The Ultimate Friend Book: More Than Your Average Address Book. Joe also enjoys cartooning and is currently authoring and illustrating a picture book.
Joe and Kristen live happily ever after in High Point, North Carolina with their cat, finch, and turtle. When not creating art, Joe enjoys hiking, bicycling, model railroading, acting, singing and playing the mountain dulcimer. More than anything, Joe is in love with God his Creator.
