A 50% refundable deposit applies, subject to cancellation policy.
In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee for work completed, based on the price and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the client.
The first round of revisions will be completed at no extra charge.
Each additional revision (not the fault of Imagine Studios™) will constitute an added fee.
A CD-ROM with print-quality art will be provided with every project.
Transfer to the client of exclusive reproduction rights to the work applies; transfer does not include rights to make changes to the work. Full copyright, including all original design files, may be purchased for an additional 60% of the total billed design fee.
Any usage rights not exclusively transferred are reserved to Imagine Studios™. Any transfer of rights is conditional on receipt of full payment.
A monthly service charge is payable on all projects remaining "active" for over three months.
Printing costs may be brokered through Imagine! Studios™ and will be billed separately.
Placement of order and payment of deposit signifies acceptance of these terms.
